This page explains what happens to information about you on wallofshame.conmen.xyz. We use no analytics and no advertising cookies.

Who runs this site

The Wall of Shame is run by the Conmen team, based in the Philippines. Reach us by sending a direct message to @TheConmenNFT on X, or by opening a ticket on our Discord.

Questions about your data go to our data protection officer, through the same X messages or Discord tickets.

When you visit

Our hosting provider, Railway, keeps a short record of every visit: your internet address (IP address), your browser type, the page and the time. Railway deletes these records after up to 30 days.

If the site crashes or runs slowly, your browser may send us a short report with your browser type, so we can fix it. It holds no name, no wallet and no details about your device's hardware.

When you sign in with your wallet

Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the site to work and is removed when you sign out.

When you buy a Con

We keep your wallet address, which Cons you bought and a scrambled code made from your internet address, so we can show your purchase and stop abuse. We keep these for as long as we may need them for legal reasons, such as proving what happened in a dispute.

To complete the purchase, your wallet address and order go to the marketplace selling that Con: Magic Eden, Tensor, OpenSea or Orbis. Wallet addresses and transactions are public on the blockchain itself; we cannot change or delete what is on the chain.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Why we may do this

To complete what you asked for, like a purchase (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), to keep the site running and safe, and to keep records we may need for legal reasons (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, for visitors in Europe and the UK, the GDPR.

Where it is kept

Some of these providers are in the United States. Information sent there from Europe or the UK is protected by their data processing terms, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you, or object to how it is used. Send a direct message to @TheConmenNFT on X or open a ticket on our Discord, and we will answer within one month. Not happy with our answer? You can also contact the data protection authority in your country.
